Returns and Refunds
You can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not, in any of the following cases:
- The product you received is different than the product that you ordered.
- The product is damaged or defective.
You can return a product for up to 3 days from the date you received it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
How to return an item
We made sure the whole return process is seamless and easy. To return a product, simply send an email to email@example.com, mention the reason of the return and attach a photo of the product.
Once you send us the return request, our support team will start evaluating your request. If you are eligible for replacements or refunds, we will send a courier to pick up the product and your refund/replacement process will start immediately.
Once we receive the returned item, we will initiate the refund request immediately.
- If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item.
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery, you will be refunded via a bank transfer within 3 days of receipt of the returned item.
